A Farewell to Col. Phil Townsend

Washington Memorial Pipe Band pipers and drummers—and many other friends of well-known Philadelphia-area piper Phil Townsend (above, left)—gathered recently to bid him a fond farewell. Townsend is moving to Castlederg, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland.
