Ancient Order of Hibernians. The AOH and the Ladies AOH are well-established in the Philadelphia area, with many divisions throughout the region. The AOH is a lay Catholic organizations open to members of Irish heritage.

Brehon Law Society of Philadelphia. A professional association committed to the profession of law among individuals of Irish ancestry. Judges, lawyers, law students and their friends are members.

Cavan Society. The Cavan Society of Philadelphia was founded on March 17, 1907. It was started as a Catholic and Benevolent Society to help Cavan people in need. It evolved to embrace all creeds and as an organization to promote Irish Culture and values particularly those of County Cavan. It also serves to keep members in touch with each other and the larger Irish community. New members are always welcome.

Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann-Delaware Valley. An organization edicated to Irish music, culture and the arts.

Daltai na Gaeilge. If you want to learn to speak Irish, start with the total immersion weekend, generally held one Saturday in the spring on a private school campus in Conshohocken.

Donegal GFC.A Gaelic football club. Other local football and hurling clubs (most without Web sites) include Philadelphia Brian Boru, Philadelphia Éire Óg, Philadelphia Kevin Barrys/Derry, Philadelphia Philadelphia Notre Dames, Tír Eoghain, and Young Irelanders GFC. Irish American Business Chamber and Network. Promotes business ties between the United States and Ireland.

Irish Center/Commodore Barry Club. The Mounty Airy-based epicenter of Irish-American culture in Philadelphia.

Mayo Association of Philadelphia. An association drawn from descendents of County Mayo, Ireland. Founded in 1905.

Molly Maguires Celtic Supporters Club. Dedicated followers of the Glasgow Celtic Football Club. They meet at Paddy Rooney's in Havertown.

Philadelphia Ceili Group. Founded in 1958, the Ceili Group preserves and promotes traditional Irish ceili and set dancing.

Philadelphia Donegal Association. Founded in 1888, described as a "Beneficial, Social, Charitable and Patriotic Association."

Philadelphia Emerald Society. An association of Philadelphia area Irish-American police and firefighters.

69th Pennsylvania Irish Volunteers.A Civil War re-enactor organization dedicated to commemorating the heroic sacrifice of the Fighting 69th.

Society of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick. A fraternal society dedicated to the promotion of Irish culture and education, and providing aid. It was founded in 1771. George Washington was an honorary member.

Tir Eoghain Philadelphia. The Tyrone Philadelphia Gaelic Football Club.
