"London Broil" Flanksteak

  • 4  8-oz buffalo flanksteaks
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 3 T horseradish
  • 1 T Montreal seasoning (McCormick makes one)
  • 2 T red wine vinegar
  • Pinch black pepper
  • Pinch salt

COMBINE the mayo, Thousand Island dressing and horseradish with red wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl and marinate the flank steak for at least 1 hour; refrigerate.

GRILL for 6 – 8 minutes each side for a perfect medium.
