"London Broil" Flanksteak

- 4 8-oz buffalo flanksteaks
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 3 T horseradish
- 1 T Montreal seasoning (McCormick makes one)
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- Pinch black pepper
- Pinch salt
COMBINE the mayo, Thousand Island dressing and horseradish with red wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl and marinate the flank steak for at least 1 hour; refrigerate.
GRILL for 6 – 8 minutes each side for a perfect medium.
