The 2010 Rose of Tralee, Mairead Conley, was honored by her friends and colleagues at the Irish Immigration Center this week.

Mairead Conley was stunned when she became the 2010 Philadelphia Rose of Tralee. Imagine her surprise a little while later, when she became the first-ever Mid-Atlantic Rose. A happy birthday, indeed.
