When Gwyneth asked whether she could lend her formidable skills (she didn't use the word "formidable," but we think it fits) to our St. Patrick's Day effort, of course we said yes. We post just about all of our photos on Flickr, and Gwyneth is one of our contacts. (Here's her Flickr site.)

And so it happened that on St. Patrick's Day, Gwyneth found herself with an assignment that could not, under any circumstances, be characterized as hardship duty. She had a ringside seat at the Blackthorn St. Patrick's Day Party.
