Widely regarded as one of the best festivals of its kind on the East Coast—and certainly, one of the biggest—the Green Lane Scottish Irish Festival had something for everyone.

There was traditional music, featuring Halali and Enter the Haggis (yes, that really is their name).

For those of you who yearned for a dose of the old wheeze and squeeze, there were bagpipe bands, including the Cameron Highlanders.

And so much more: Irish and highland dancers, highland games, moo cows, the 4th Annual Green Lane Park Sheep Dog Trials, lots and lots of Celtic and classic American food, and Celtic merchandise for sale.

Our man Joe Cassidy was there, and he graciously consented to shoot some photos for us. Thanks, Joseph!
